Project: Construction of 1 - 3 bedroom apartments in the new build & the refurbishment of the old school building into luxury flats.
Our Role: New build – CFA piling works, substructure and superstructure R C frame. Refurbishment – All temporary works to retain existing structure, demolition of internal walls, floors & roofs. Construction of new reinforced concrete floors, structural steel works to the mezzanine slabs plus a new roof. External hard landscaping works, including drainage and services.
