Pennington Street

Leander have been contracted to renovate the Old Printing Warehouse in London Dock as part of St George’s redevelopment of the area. This is a historic Grade II listed building that was built between 1804 and 1806 by renowned British architect, Daniel Asher Alexander. Works include repairs to the masonry, renovating the zinc covered roof, and installing glass screens and a mezzanine level. Once complete, this space will be used as an architects practice.
