Project: Construction of multi storey luxury 1–2 bedroom apartments with basement parking and a department store at ground level.
Our Role: Open bore and CFA piling works, basement excavation, Reinforced concrete sub- structure and superstructure frame. External hard landscaping works, including drainage and services.
Details: The implementation and completion of the structural works has earned Leander the accolade of Sub–Contractor of the year - for outstanding all round performance from the Crest Nicholson Group.
In presenting the award it was stated that Leander had made the construction of this complicated project appear easy!
