Leander Construction has commenced work with Crest Nicholson (South) Limited on a £5.2 Million project in Kingston upon Thames.

Leander Construction will be providing Sheet piling enabling works, all substructure works including CFA piling, pile caps, drainage and connections to the sewer, the construction of the basement car park and the erection of the seven storey RC frame for 124 flats plus a doctor’s surgery.

Leander Construction has also secured the first phase of a new project from Carillion Plc. The project is the re-construction of the twelve level car park in Kingston upon Thames. Leander will be undertaking piling mat preparation, piling attendances and bulk excavation.
